I ordered two seasonal candles and they were on sale. I forgot to put the code in when I ordered. I contacted them by email and just explained what I did. They would not have had to even responded to me but they did within less than 30 minutes and also had refunded me the difference before they responded back! Great customer service. When I go the candles they were packaged all cute with a thank you not and smell wonderful. I haven’t had a chance to burn them yet but very happy so far! Thank you
